Financial Management

We take our fiduciary responsibility very seriously – We help clients make the right decisions in the financial management of a property or condominium association by providing timely, clear and transparent financial reporting.

  • Financial reports are provided monthly, and are accurate and clear. Each report includes bank reconciliations and copies of all invoices and checks for the period.
  • Operating accounts and Reserve Accounts are held in the client’s name in segregated accounts.
  • Board Treasurers (or their designees) may utilize on-line invoice approval and check signing through our web-portal. Likewise, they are able to access the association’s bank accounts for viewing deposits, withdrawals and balances through the bank’s website.
  • We assist with the creation of budgets and procurement of insurance.
